If you are passionate about conducting research and want to make a positive impact in the world of cognitive science, our program is the perfect fit for you.

Jenna Franklin

DMP Project Leader

This is Jenna Franklin. She is a first-year graduate student at the University of Virginia, studying Communication Science and Disorders. Her current role is assisting current undergraduate students with their DMP projects. Some of her favorite things to do in Charlottesville are going to the Pedestrian Mall and trying new bakeries or thrift stores. Fun fact: she lived in Juneau, Alaska for four years, and she has a 10 year old pet Turkey named George!

My name is Jiurui Guo, 4th-year undergrad with an interest in phonology. My current research is in phonetic and phonological clues to accent perception and identification. On top of that, I am also keen about doing fieldwork and have some interest in historical and comparative linguistics. In my spare time, I am an amateur drummer, rhythm game player, and aviation photographer.
